Each district and accredited nonpublic school is required to have a SIAC. The SIAC’s responsibility is to analyze needs assessment data to make recommendations to the school board. Locally the SIAC is requested to review actions and give input on the District’s direction and focus.

Vision: The vision of the Howard-Winneshiek Community School District is to determine and develop student’s passions and strengths.
Mission: The mission is committed to preparing our students to compete and contribute locally, regionally, nationally and globally, empowering them to THINK and SERVE.
